We’ll call to set up your in-home measure.

No obligation. We call first to set a time. No surprise visits.

We install new floors in Bonita Springs homes and condos, from removing the old tile to the last piece of trim. Porcelain tile typically costs $8–$16 per square foot installed in Bonita and luxury vinyl plank $4–$9, with tear-out priced on its own line.

Bonita Springs is at the southern end of Lee County, between Estero and the Collier County line. It is the far edge of the area we cover, so we group Bonita appointments to make the trip worthwhile, and the estimate is still free.

Floors after flooding along the Imperial River

The Imperial River runs through the middle of Bonita Springs to Estero Bay, and neighborhoods near it have flooded more than once, after Hurricane Irma in 2017 and again during Ian. If your home took water, the floor is only part of the story. We pull the damaged flooring, check that the slab has dried to a reading the new floor will accept, and choose materials that will cope if it ever happens again. Porcelain tile and waterproof plank can be dried and kept; carpet and laminate usually can’t.

Older canal homes and newer communities

Bonita Shores and the streets off Old 41 hold some of the area’s older canal homes, where we tend to find original tile on thick mortar and slabs that slope toward the water. Further east, newer gated communities have flatter slabs and builder-grade tile that owners want to replace with larger format porcelain or wood-look plank. Those jobs are mostly about removal and leveling, done cleanly in a furnished home.

Beach condos and sound ratings

Many Bonita owners live in towers along Bonita Beach Road or the bay. Before hard flooring goes into a unit above another, most associations want proof that the floor meets their sound rating, and some limit work to certain hours or seasons. We supply the test data for the exact plank or tile and underlayment, and plan the work around your building’s rules.

Bonita Springs flooring questions

Do you really come down to Bonita Springs?

Yes. It is the southern edge of our area, so we schedule Bonita measures and installs on set days. The estimate is still free.

Which floor is best for a home that has flooded before?

Porcelain tile and waterproof luxury vinyl plank recover best. Both can usually be dried in place after minor water; carpet and laminate rarely can.

Can you get my condo board’s approval paperwork?

We provide the product and underlayment sound data your board asks for. The application itself is usually filed by the owner.
