What we collect

When you send the estimate form we receive your name, phone number, property address, the floor you’re considering and anything you add in the details box. When you call, our phone system records the number you called from and the time of the call.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your flooring project: to book the measure, send your quote and follow up on the work. We don’t sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

Who sees it

The people who estimate and install your floor, and the service providers that run our website forms and phone line, who handle the data on our behalf.

Cookies and call tracking

This website may use cookies and call-tracking tools to keep it working and to see which pages lead to calls. Calls may be recorded for quality. We don’t sell this information.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep project records for as long as we need them for the work and any follow-up. Ask us by phone and we’ll delete your details where we aren’t required to keep them.
